Resolving the issue about OnTv Package on Eutelsat7@ 7.3 degree west (Ku band)

For those complaining that they could not hit green @ 12245 V 27500 or 10854 H 27500 on Eutelsat 7 @ 7.3 degree west. Now the problem is this, you can only track OnTV Packages with 90/1m dish if you are in Middle East& North Africa. For those in other part of Africa it will not work with 1m dish you need up to 2.4m dish.
