Nigeria famous TSTV package has started a test transmission on nigcomsat 1r @42.5 degree East with frequency 12588 H 30000 & 12629 H 30009. They were formally on ABS3 @3 west before they went on maintenance. Only 18 channels appear on tstv package for now as they are still working on their transmission. You can track nigcomsat with frequency 12518 H 29500, hit maximum signal and blind scan.
